Inside Brainrot Head Rebirth Guide

What Rebirth Does in Inside Brainrot Head
Rebirth is the long-term progression reset in Inside Brainrot Head. You sacrifice current cash and Brainrots in your inventory/base (per in-game rules) to gain permanent bonuses — typically cash multipliers, extra base slots, new Tool Shop items, and sometimes unlock tiers.
Coils and gamepass items generally persist through rebirth, making them safe investments. Brainrots consumed by rebirth requirements are gone unless the UI specifies otherwise — always read the confirmation dialog.
How to Rebirth Step by Step
Open the Rebirth panel from the left-side UI button. The panel lists cash required, specific Brainrots required, and rewards for the next level. Farm until every requirement shows complete — Brainrots usually must have been owned at least once; some can be sold after registering.
Before confirming: collect loose cash, verify required Brainrots are in base or inventory, and decide if you want to keep high-income units that will be reset. Click Rebirth and accept the warning.
Preparation Checklist
Reach the cash threshold with headroom — rebirth may deduct the full amount. Acquire required Brainrots before the final grind so you do not rebirth early by accident. Upgrade Coils first so post-rebirth farming is faster.

Post-Rebirth Recovery
Your income multiplier jumps but your unit count drops. Rush starter head commons to refill base slots, then push toward the next head unlock. Offline income helps between sessions — Offline Income Guide.
Do not compare rebirth pace to Steal a Brainrot charts — Inside Brainrot Head uses Kibrix Trends tuning with different cash curves.
